Company Joins Scientists, Emergency Management Professionals, and Community Organizations to Help Educate Families Ahead of Hurricane Season
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — DDA Forensics proudly participated as an exhibitor at the annual “Eye of the Storm” hurricane science and preparedness event held May 30 at the Museum of Discovery & Science (MODS) in Fort Lauderdale.
Presented by MODS and sponsored by Florida International University’s International Hurricane Research Center and the Florida Division of Emergency Management, the event brings together scientists, emergency management professionals, educators, and industry experts to help families better understand hurricane preparedness and weather science.
Designed for attendees of all ages, “Eye of the Storm” featured interactive exhibits, hands-on STEM activities, weather demonstrations, expert presentations, and opportunities for the public to learn more about hurricane forecasting, emergency planning, and storm resilience.
