From complex property damage investigations to clear, defensible reporting, Robert delivers the facts and accurate results. Robert brings an extensive background in claims adjusting, quality assurance, appraisal and mediation to his role as Certified Residential Contractor.
Why are you passionate about the industry?
There’s always room to grow in this field, you can’t get stuck. This line of work has a lot of variety, and there’s always something new to learn or explore. I’m committed to continuous growth and staying ahead in the industry. That’s what keeps me motivated and gives me an edge.
What do you enjoy most about working with DDA Forensics clients?
I like that it’s very hands-on. In a lot of companies, everything happens over email, but that’s not how we operate. We actually talk to our clients, walk them through what we’re seeing, and build real relationships with them. After every inspection, we make a call to explain our findings before the written report even goes out. That level of communication and personal connection really sets us apart.
What do you like most about the DDA Forensics company culture?
I’ve been with DDA since the beginning in 2018, and there’s a lot of trust here. I’m mostly in the field, and Jonathon and Brian empower us to do our jobs and don’t micromanage. They give us free reign to work on projects and trust in us. They trust us to handle projects and take care of clients the right way.
They also make sure we keep growing. They’re always sharing opportunities for certifications, training, and continuing education so we stay current with building codes and industry changes. That support makes a big difference.
What do you think is your biggest business strength?
My commitment to continuous growth and learning is a big strength. I’m committed to staying ahead of industry knowledge and trends. I’m also bilingual which helps me on projects involving homeowners in the Hispanic community. Being able to communicate clearly and make people feel comfortable is a big advantage.
What are some successes or milestones you’ve achieved at DDA Forensics?
Building strong relationships and having repeat clients is something I take pride in. I also look at every file as a milestone. My goal is always the same: to see each claim through with clear, concise, conclusive results.
