Yoanka Marto is a Project Coordinator at DDA Forensics, managing forensic engineering assignments from initial claim intake through final report delivery. As a central point of communication among clients, property representatives, attorneys, and DDA’s engineers and building consultants, she keeps projects organized, stakeholders informed, and assignments moving efficiently toward critical deadlines.

To prepare DDA’s experts for inspections, Yoanka gathers and organizes essential project documentation, including claim files, weather data, roof reports, permit records, property appraiser information, and other supporting materials. She coordinates communications before and after inspections, maintains detailed records in the claims management system, monitors report progress, and provides clients with timely updates throughout every stage of the assignment.

Yoanka brings more than 30 years of construction industry experience to her role at DDA. She began her career with a general contractor and later spent more than two decades as a Construction Project Coordinator, working closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and municipal inspectors. Her responsibilities spanned permitting, contracts, project documentation, payroll, payment applications, and daily office operations. This extensive background gives Yoanka a practical understanding of the construction process—and the experience, organization, and attention to detail needed to support even the most complex assignments.
