Susana Rego is a Project Coordinator at DDA Forensics and is often our client’s first point of contact. From the moment a new assignment is received, she helps set the project in motion—preparing quotes, entering case information into the claims management system, providing expert qualifications and supporting materials, and coordinating with the project team. Throughout each assignment, Susana serves as a reliable liaison, keeping clients informed and helping ensure every detail moves forward efficiently.

Susana also plays a key role in coordinating DDA’s desk reviews and appraisal assignments. She identifies and assigns the appropriate appraiser, communicates with the opposing appraiser, schedules inspections with the full appraisal panel, and manages ongoing communication among clients and other involved parties. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to manage multiple moving parts help create a seamless experience for everyone involved.

Before joining DDA Forensics, Susana worked for an aircraft repair company, where she supported mechanical engineers and handled similar assignment coordination responsibilities. That experience provided a strong foundation for her work at DDA and strengthened her ability to communicate effectively in highly technical, fast-paced environments.

Susana holds a Florida All-Lines Adjuster License and an Associate Degree in Communications from Miami Dade College.
