With a broad depth of industry experience, Sebastian Franco is a Certified Building Contractor, Certified Roofing Contractor, Licensed Multi-State Adjuster, and Licensed Mold Assessor & Remediator at DDA Forensics. With a career marked by a commitment to excellence, Sebastian plays a critical role in delivering precise and reliable assessments and solutions in the aftermath of property damage. He provides extensive investigations and value assessments on residential and commercial claims, and successfully manages numerous claims resulting from major events, including hurricanes, hail, wind, fire, flood, and vehicle impact. At DDA Forensics, Sebastian leverages his multifaceted expertise to support our clients through every phase of the insurance claim process, ensuring that each claim is handled with detailed accuracy. 

Sebastian is a Florida Licensed All-Lines Adjuster and a Louisiana Property & Casualty Adjuster. Committed to earning the most advanced accreditations, Sebastian holds the following certifications: Xactimate Level 3; HAAG Engineering’s Residential Roof Inspector; Tile Roofing Industry Alliance (TRI) – Certified Florida High Wind Zone Installer; IICRC Certified Fire & Smoke Technician; EPA Lead Safe Renovator in Florida.

Sebastian is also experienced as a Foreman/Project Manager at SK Quality Contractor, focusing on residential renovations and commercial new construction. Among his major accomplishments are the restoration of Larry and Penny Water Park and the remodeling of the Cultural Center Bridge in Miami-Dade County. He has worked internationally on a variety of complex residential and commercial projects since 2016.
