Robert Rodriguez is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of diverse experience in the residential and commercial claims industry. Robert joined DDA Forensics in 2018, bringing an extensive background in claims adjusting, quality assurance, appraisal and mediation to his role as Certified Residential Contractor. His expertise is instrumental in assisting the DDA team when negotiating claims fairly and impartially with the goal of reaching resolution. He has successfully managed over 10,000 claim files, continually building his knowledge and reputation for integrity in the field.

Robert is a Certified Residential Contractor, Florida Licensed All-Lines Adjuster and Louisiana Property and Casualty Adjuster. He holds numerous certifications including HAAG Engineering’s Residential Roof Inspector, Wind Damage Inspector; IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) & Applied Structural Drying (ASD); FAA drone pilot.

Robert’s career began in 2008 as a Claims Adjuster, where he quickly excelled in handling residential claims. He prepared estimates, coordinated negotiations with opposing Appraisers and Umpires, and drafted settlement awards.

In 2010, Robert was selected as one of only 20 Independent Adjusters by Citizens Property Insurance to establish the Managed Claim Model (MCM) program. In this role, he assessed damages for residential properties, determined coverage, negotiated with vendors, and distributed payments. His expertise in appraising both residential and commercial properties led him to specialize in large loss files, catastrophe claims, and complex residential assignments, fostering strong working relationships with clients across the industry.

Over the next decade, Robert held a range of positions, including Independent Adjuster, Appraiser, Fact Witness, Liability Adjuster, Quality Assurance Specialist, Trainer, Catastrophe Adjuster, and Mediation Specialist. He brings extensive experience to the DDA team and our clients.
