With over 15 years of industry experience, Jamey Bennett brings a wealth of expertise in client relations, claims management and business development to the DDA Forensics team and clients.
Committed to advanced education, collaboration and improving the industry, Jamey has served as a Board Member at The Defense Collaborative, a speed-dating style conference series for insurance adjusters and risk managers and on the Board of Directors of the South Florida Claims Association since 2018, where he served as its 82nd President in 2022 and 2023. He now serves as a board member for the WIND Insurance Network, CLM Fort Lauderdale, and his home HOA. As a sought-after thought leader, Jamey has presented on the latest industry trends at conferences throughout the nation.
Prior to joining the DDA Forensics team, Jamey wore many hats in the insurance and forensic consulting industries. He worked as a technical writer; course instructor; field inspector; marketing and operations manager. He was responsible for liaising with insurance carriers, public adjusters, contractors, industry professionals and engineers to provide quality reporting and details on forensic engineering services and claims.
Jamey currently carries the Florida All-Lines Adjuster license. In addition, he holds a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. He has completed several professional development courses. In his free time, Jamey enjoys teaching at his church, volunteering, spending time outdoors with his wife and son, lifting weights, running, podcasting, and creating music.
