Affectionately known in the insurance and construction industries as “Abe,” he is an accomplished Executive General Adjuster, Risk Manager, and Contractor with over a decade of experience handling complex, large-loss property claims across various sectors and lines of coverage. His expertise encompasses residential and commercial properties, which are detailed below.

  • Not-for-profits: Churches, Public Entities, Municipalities, Military Bases, Government Buildings, and other Institutional Healthcare/Educational Facilities.

A native of Ecuador, Abe migrated to Florida at the age of nine and instantly became enamored with American culture. So much so that he was compelled to serve and is a Navy and Marine Corps veteran. Abe served and continues to serve for over 11 years as a Fleet Marine Force Leader, where he honed his leadership and technical skills. Transitioning to the insurance industry, where he became Cramer, Johnson, Wiggins (CJW) & Associate’s First Trainee in organizational history, he has managed claims exceeding $25 million, specializing in admitted and excess and surplus (E&S) insurers as well as layered insurance programs with self-insured retentions (SIR), annual aggregate deductibles (AAD), captive insurer participation, 30+ insurers/syndicates shares, and direct reporting to risk management and legal departments.

Abe’s multiple contractor licenses enhance his technical proficiency in assessing and managing complex claims. He is also a polyglot, speaking most Latin and some Germanic languages, allowing him to serve a diverse and international clientele effectively. Abe has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement throughout his career and is a valuable addition to the team and clients at DDA Forensics.
