DDA Forensics (DDAF) was a proud sponsor of the 2022 Leaders Summit hosted by the Florida Defense Lawyers Association (FDLA). The event took place Sept. 22-23 at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami. The DDAF team exhibited and shared knowledge and insights with other industry professionals. A sunset networking cruise on Biscayne Bay was held on Thursday evening.
The Leaders Summit is geared towards business, educational and professional development. The topics of focus include attracting and retaining top talent, implementing development, diversity and inclusion programs, and how to create mentorship opportunities. The attendees also discussed succession planning, conflict-resolution, and effective communication skills for leaders. Attendees included managing partners, executive committee members, department chairs, emerging leaders of law firms, firm administrators, legal marketing and PR professionals, and others holding key management or leadership responsibilities in law firms of all sizes.
