DDA Forensics attended the Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee (FIFEC) Conference, held on July 12-14 at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld in Orlando. This educational event included numerous classes and expert presentations on insurance fraud prevention, detection, investigation, and prosecution. DDA Forensics is committed to leading the way in advanced education and accreditations. We specialize in evaluating and determining the cause of particular damages and failures for both residential and commercial structures. Clear, concise, and conclusive determinations are critical to any investigation, as well as identifying and mitigating fraud.
FIFEC is a joint effort between the Florida Division of Investigative and Forensic Services (DIFS) and the Special Investigation Units (SIU) of the Insurance Industry to facilitate communication and education. FIFEC offers continuous training seminars for DIFS and SIU investigators, law enforcement, prosecutors, insurance adjusters and management, and insurance defense in the ongoing fight to combat insurance fraud.
FIFEC is a not-for-profit educational entity whose mission is to provide high-quality educational training opportunities at the lowest cost possible. The organization began its formal existence as the DIF/SIU Annual Training Seminar representing the Florida Department of Insurance’s Division of Insurance Fraud and the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) community in 1992 at Altamonte Springs.
“The FIFEC Board is extremely happy to hear that our guests enjoyed the conference and we gratefully acknowledge the speakers, exhibitors, sponsors and conference volunteers who contributed to its success.” – FIFEC Board
