DDAF provides forensic engineering, building consulting, and expert witness services for attorneys and insurance carriers on residential and commercial claims. The course provides an overview of Xactimate software, common pitfalls of estimating, pricing manipulation, and line-item details. Led by DDAF managing partners Jonathon Diego, Xactimate certified trainer, and Brian Peterson, certified mediator, the class will expose the red flags and deceptive tactics of utilizing the software that can produce inaccurate damage estimates in litigation.
